Couldn’t agree more. Corporations and labour should be working together to improve efficiency and maximize customer service. And the government should be working to clear the backlog of complaints in the system they set up. The real losers in all of this are the customers.
Unfortunately for those passengers whose flights were impacted by the strike & want to lodge a complaint, they will have to get in line with other 85,000 people that are backlogged. This is a lengthy, expensive, broken system that the Carney Government should have fixed earlier.

Exactly this. The trivialization of what is a clear hate crime and blatant incident of antisemitism is an insult to the Jewish community and would be a stain on our justice system. Antisemitism must be named, condemned, and prosecuted — not excused. I stand with @jcc_montreal in.

Is @TIFF_NET seriously arguing that it won’t show an October 7th documentary film due to copyright clearance concerns arising from the Hamas body-cam footage of the terror attack?! The video in the film would easily qualify as fair dealing. Shameful.
