We are so thankful to have resurrected Seipp’s with Metropolitan Brewing 4 years ago. We are where we are because of their knowledge and support. Yesterday we started brewing Seipp’s with @pilotprojectchi. We are excited for this partnership and to keep bringing you great beer!

Thanks Rick! If you ever change your mind, we have a glass ready for you and a seat at the bar.
A hard liquor guy, I don't drink beer. But if I did I would drink the beers created by Liz Garibay (of the Brewseum) and Laurin Mack, the women behind the resurrected Seipp Brewing Company, once the biggest brewery in a town full of them.
