Randle w/ the good steal and in the open court, you could count 4 steps from the last dribble. But that's not how the rules work. We only count from when the dribble ends. It's still flaring until he puts both hands on the ball. Foot on floor does not count towards 2 legal steps

@SeecretWeapon 2018-20 was unwatchable because they just implemented the landing zone rule after the Kawhi injury in the 2017 wcf. They were doing this because if anyone even got within 3 feet of harden and others on a jump shot, they were calling landing zone flagrants
