History at the Apple Bowl! On Friday night, Maggie Garrow became the first female kicker in Peru football program history. Garrow, also a member of the Nighthawks girls soccer team, successfully kicked six PATs and helped the Nighthawks to a 54-12 win against Ticonderoga.

Section VII is working with our stakeholders regarding the recent change in the NYSDOH Youth Sports Guidance. We have met with all school leaders and will be meeting with several Health Departments today. Our leagues will be meeting tomorrow. We will keep you posted.

It appears as the majority, if not all of Section VII schools are closed through the April 19th. We wish everybody health and safety in these trying times.
@CVESBOCES
& its 16 component school districts unanimously decided to close schools immediately until at least Apr 19, 2020. The districts, in collaboration with the county Health Departments, will remain in regular communication to assess the situation.
