Of course, people aren't just leaving star ratings - we also analyzed their reviews in detail. First, we picked out some common themes... what are the experiences that come up over and over again? Not surprisingly... the word cloud looks like this.

How did the provinces stack up against one another? Only a single province had (just barely) an average score of more than 3 stars: Saskatchewan. (note in the table below: only 8 provinces were considered for the ranking as PEI and NL each only had one major hospital to rank)
