While in #Philadelphia, I received a tour of our regional benefits office and listened in as an employee worked to help a #Veteran at our call center. Great work by committed staff caring for our nations heroes and their families. #HonoringVets

Good meeting with @PhillyMayor and his team this morning to discuss Veterans, homelessness, #SuicidePrevention and the opioid epidemic. We are working with mayors across the country to provide the best care possible to #Veterans.

Nothing is more important than caring for our Veterans and employees during this time, and the VA is providing mobile resources at the location to assist those dealing with this incident and to employees impacted across the country.
