We won 7% raises this year, plus 4% or IPD (whichever is greater) in 2023-24 and 3% or IPD (whichever is greater) in 2024-25. This is an investment in recruitment and retention - and one we need to build on (especially for Paraprofessionals) in the future! #SEAstrong
