🌻 HAPPY SUNFLOWER DAY! I had the privilege of spending a heartwarming day with @dkms_africa and the amazing kids from @CHOCfoundation , sharing moments of joy, fun games, and pure happiness 🌟💛 - it was truly inspiring to see the community come together.

Consensus at the moment is that the field can withstand 1 or 2 games - possibility on early kickoff for the game(s). That’s as far as the games are concerned. In terms of @dkms_africa drive, we’ll have to rain check.

Oh, here’s another one… 30% of patients find matches within their families. The remaining 70% depend on unrelated donors like you and I to register and spread the word so that more patients can find their perfect genetic match.

Time away from the game I love has been incredibly tough. With a paradigm shift, I’m somewhat finding ways to maximise my time. I’m a firm believer in doing meaningful work… nothing beats this at the moment. Let’s be active participants in the amazing work @dkms_africa does.

Damn. Been away for so long I forgot I had this platform. Honestly had no use for it until now. I’ll be using it to shine some light on @dkms_africa and most probably just that. Prepare to be blasted, it’s honestly not stopping until we all register to be donors.
