just FYI: 160,572 meters β 100 miles for June alone. in May i had done about 90 miles through the month. shits crazy.

been working out (mainly cardio and pushups) and been eating right almost everyday since the end of September 2024, and im the fittest iβve ever been in my life. looking forward to the future cuz i feel the best i ever have. itβs insaneβ¦ excited to share the results probably.
