Yesterday was a great January day for cycling. Yet the Somerville Community Path Extension --which appears 99% complete -- remains closed 30+ days after #GLX opened. Doesn't @MBTA have an obligation to serve all users including cyclists? @MassBike @transitmatters @senjehlen

Why not in #Newton?

#Protectedbikelanes and #protectedintersections solve many of the issues that currently make cycling unsafe in the US. It's entirely possible to make riding safe for people of all ages and abilities. All we need are the facilities that make it so.
