Rainy 3-train trim this morning to SFO from San Jose (VTA -> Caltrain -> BART). Not enough people use them, but the Bay Area is remarkably good by American standards to be a car-free traveler.

Reason #2342 to take your bike with you on business trips: today I COULD have been stuck in that hotel you can see in the distance down there, or I could get up at sunrise and be HERE and feel AMAZING.

Was in downtown Columbus the last couple days for work, so biked over to the local Church of Scientology to see some old friends. Gorgeous new building, it was buzzing there with a bunch of people on study despite being 7pm on a Tuesday when I showed up.

Getting to parent these three amazing people is simply the best birthday present ever.

Took an after-work bike ride with my youngest on trails that my boy built on our & our neighbors property. I love these two.
