Our new meta-analysis is out!. Do you like seafood? Then this article is for you. Seafood is one of the main sources of #PFAS for humans. We found that cooking can reduce PFAS. PFAS are a large group of man-made chemicals used in Teflon, food packaging & fire-fighting foams.
