On world autism day it’s worth reminding ourselves of the difficulty children and their parents have in accessing proper classroom facilities in this country. A massive thank you to @GMCManning for his insight and endless fight for better schools.

Struggling to understand the reason for teachers being exempt from the 5 day rule🤔. The minister herself assured us all last week that there was no crisis in teacher supply?

This teacher supply crisis is nothing new. This has been brewing for years. Unequal pay, a shit new pension scheme, initiative overload, breaking up of jobs into ‘hours’. Teachers have been blowing the whistle for years and Absolutely NOTHING was done. COVID just threw the spark.
