Why do we prefer dairy to plant-based yoghurts? At least because of some textural differences clearly shown by TDS. https://t.co/EyKXPEkyzT

From a lexicon of wine sensory attributes each associated to a valence index (how much this attribute is usually appreciated in a wine), one can predict fairly well liking of a wine just described by Ckeck-All-That-Apply or Free-comment data. https://t.co/hZpXBzQA3e

Temporal Liking provided more product differences than static liking. Further, it was better to let consumers score liking when they want rather than prompt them to score at predefined times. Assesing beef meats from animals fed diffently challenged the design of experiment...

Older adults can do TDS of oral nutritional supplements, but their TDS behavior is different than younger adults and their temporal perception seems different too. However is the latter finding due to the former? https://t.co/LKET4Rmd9J

Pre-treatment of PTR-MS data paired with TDS/TCATA sensory data proposed. Joint analysis by Regularized Generalized Canonical Correlation Analysis (RGCCA) suggested that TDS was sligthly better suited for correlation to flavor release data. https://t.co/uyiHWJVdcf

I've just learned that Prof. Ep Köster passed away yesterday. Without his leadership in sensory analysis in Dijon, France in the early 2000, TDS would have never been invented there. Tonight, I'm so sad... Thank very much Ep for all I owe you. Pascal
