He is on the deposition saying he doesn’t know the PD policy and procedures and he supervises officers. This is scary as hell and hopefully he losses his law enforcement license soon. We do not need officers like him that don’t know laws and can take our freedom and lives from us.

If anyone is in @WavelandPD watch out for Sgt Joffrion because he doesn’t know the laws and he has said he doesn’t care about your civil rights knowing he is being recorded. I can’t believe he is a Sargent for one but he also served in the military.
