Join us this Friday, June 20, at 11:00 a.m. for the dedication and ribbon cutting of the museum expansion and auditorium at the Dr. Benjamin F. Mays Historic Site. This project, funded by the 2016 CPST includes a 150-seat auditorium, office space, restrooms, & a research library.

It's move day. Our Treasurer’s Office, Administration, Human Resources, and Economic Development departments are moving now as part of the Park Plaza renovation project. Voter Registration & Elections will move tomorrow. We’re expecting minimal disruption to services.

Today’s tarp giveaways at our Convenience Centers were a huge success! We handed out 100 tarps and reminded residents how important it is to secure their load to help prevent roadside litter. We’re proud to support Zero Tolerance for Litter Month all June long.

June is South Carolina’s Zero Tolerance for Litter Month. Throughout the month, law enforcement across the state will be focusing on violations related to littering, illegal dumping, & unsecured loads. These offenses can result in fines of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail.
