A: No. KCC have not provided a public copy of the "ABBEY QUARTER MASTERPLAN 2023". Note, KCC have provide 2 documents the "ABBEY QUARTER USER GUIDE - ACCOMPANYING MANUAL TO ABBEY QUARTER MASTERPLAN 2023" and an Appendix "Draft AQ Masterplan Appendices for display June 2023".

Note: A complaint has been made about this raw sewage discharge into the River Dinin in Castlecomer, we will update you when we get a response. We ask people to walk their local river areas, while there is low water, to help find illegal discharges, so they can be reported.
Raw sewage being discharged into the River Dinin (Nore) at Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny, yesterday. These Atlantic salmon parr are trying to survive in this grossly polluted habitat. Severe agricultural pollution was also recorded. This is the River Barrow and River Nore SAC.
