A cousin of mine died at 56 - alcoholism took him because he refused to see the truth. I see the same denial in andh bhakts. They’d rather believe comforting lies than face painful reality.

Today, while talking to my younger daughter, who is in Class 10, about Independence Day, I explained how India’s freedom was won and how Mahatma Gandhi, along with many others, played a pivotal role. She looked at me and said, “No one in my class likes him. Even our social

The only scenario where having ketchup is acceptable if it's on a hot dog with mustard. Absolutely disgusting condiment otherwise

If you're deep in the pain cave—workout, race, or life—the key is simple: Break it down. Don’t focus on the finish. Focus on the next lap. The next turn. The next tree. Shrink the world to something manageable. That’s how you regain control when everything feels out of

I am not a VC seeking a unicorn. Just someone who's seen X no. of promising tech die in labs while other countries field operational capabilities. DM me if you're building for this fight. Idc who else is backing this. I want to. We need this. /FIN.

This is my call to action: If you're building for this - missile warning systems or mobile runway repair systems or ANYTHING that helps us achieve air superiority + survive and fight through sustained missile barrages - I want to hear from you. Why?

Here's the hard truth I wrestle with daily: Most of our Gov R&D gets stuck in lab purgatory while the PLA field-tests new capabilities SO OFTEN. What gives me hope? The startups building in this space. Across the board. I want more of y'all. We NEED more.

Gets worse when you think our basing infrastructure actually has far less depth than US fwd bases @ Okinawa + how we have FOREVER seen more Chinese naval bases / ops prop up thanks to their economic / foreign aid policies. Not sure if Gov R&D machinery can solve it, TBH. -->

[contd.] This means CN can strike most of India via their missiles from most positions on the land (+ the 6 x Jin SSBNs/Nucl. Subs - with 12 x JL-3 SLBMs each). Oh, BTW. China has also ramped up nuclear warhead production past 600 units & expctd to hit ~1500 by 2035.

The thread is actually a 'triad': 1. On land, CN's DF-41 ICBMs (~15,000km range) with MIRV (6-10 warheads each)+ their mobile launcher prodn also doubling post '23. (We have Agni with a lesser range; Agni VI?! AWOL?) 2 On water, Jin-class SSBNs have JL-3 SLBMs (~8.5k km range)

I think a realization (as someone new to *investing* in DefTech) is that traditional airbase hardening is insufficient vs. sustained attacks @ this Data shows we're behind in platforms + missiles (contd in next post). (And we're not even going into drones yet)

Now here is what is alarming: 1. The missile systems that can suppress US fwd bases @ Okinawa can easily target us/India. 2. J-20 Production rates exceed India's entire Tejas production capacity. 3. CN has demonstrated ability to sustain ~1,400 missiles/day -> Immense pressure

A RAND study confirmed China reached rough air parity with the United States by 2017 - a timeline that should alarm us given India's much more limited air modernization pace. We literally took decades to build the goddamn Tejas. [Would love startups building for Air Super'ty]

5th Gen prodn too: China's J-20 production has already eclipsed US F-22 capacity, with verified reports indicating 150-220 J-20s in service (vs. us w/ a set of Rafales or ~178 F-22s for US), with production rates of 40-50 new J-20s annually. This gap needs to be filled. ASAP.
