SSCOP implemented GDA skill training for rural girls of Coochbehar supported by Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd was formally inaugurated. SSCOP was privileged to have a number of dignitaries from Coochbehar District and also had Prashant Kumar, State Head, West Bengal.

The pilot project supported by DAP, Australian Consulate General Kolkata on Happy Seeder and addressing stubble burning has ended on a great note. The Technology is getting scaled out on new crops by farmers.

The final phase of the Stubble Burning project supported by DAP, Australian Consulate General - Kolkata is on its way. The stubble burning project is underway & we hope to complete it by end November by demonstrating the Happy Seeder at the farmer's field in Coochbehar Block I.

The farmers and the Farmer Producer Organizations in Cooch Behar saying NO to stubble burning SSCOP initiated project on Stopping Stubble Burning and using Happy Seeder Technology supported by #DAP Australian Consulate General - Kolkata has reached out to more than 200 farmers.

SSCOP readying itself for the paddy harvesting season which is knocking at the door in Coochbehar The farmers are ready to get their paddy harvested soon. During this COVID 19 situation if there is any Silver Lining for the Indian Economy it was Agriculture.
