The Mount softball team was hard at work yesterday rehabbing it’s old field. We would like to give a special thanks to Jesse’s Lawn Care and Seven Cedar Farms for helping with the equipment. We would also like to thank everyone that came out to help.

Our Prep softball team came up just short 15-14 against Austin Prep this afternoon in the deciding game of the Independent School Cup championship. Back and forth battle that came down to the last inning.

Our Prep softball team defeated Montrose yesteday afternoon on Senior Day. Dominant pitching by Sierra DeCesare and Shea O'Neill, combining to throw a no-hitter, striking out 8 in the win. Offensively the Mounties were led by Kristah Leclair going 4-4, 2 2B's, 3 runs.

Leading the way for the MSC was Gabby Petrillo 3-4, 2B, 2 runs, Abbie Saltzman 3-4, 2 2B's, Piper Barata 2-4, 2B, 2 RBI's & Sophia Baeta 2-4, 2B. Sierra DeCesare had a dominant pitching performance, striking 10 with no walks while giving 0 earned runs.

Our Prep softball team put together a big 6th inning to beat Dexter Southfield yesterday 9-4. Tied at 3 going into the 6th the Mounties busted out with 6 runs highlighted by Caroline Mont's 2 run single scoring Sierra DeCesare and Abbie Saltzman to put the team in front for good.

Our Prep girls softball team put together a solid showing defeating Beaver Country Day yesterday afternoon. Leading the way for the Mounties was Sierra DeCesare 3-3, 3B, 3 RBI's, Abbie Saltzman 3-4, 2B, 3 RBI's, 3 SB's, Gabbie Petrillo 2-4, 2 run HR, 2B, 5 RBI's, 3 runs.
