That little moment of about 10 seconds rewired my entire brain, and I have never liked rain eversince. There are so many root problems here we can talk about, but I felt a pit in my heart and stomach. I didn't know how to react. Made me grateful and every monsoon I remember them.

Kids were watching towards roads, when we just passed by. 2 of the kids were playing the muddy water with their hands, throwing the water away from themselves. I am guessing it was a mum holding a baby while taking out some bags, along with the guy am guessing is their dad. .

It's monsoon and long time ago, I went to my village by taxi. And mid-way somewhere around/before Lekhnath, I saw these kids and parents trying to take out their essentials out cause the pool of water from street was getting into their house. And the kids were just looking. .

Dad has strict & tough personality tho. So it's good seeing him let himself loose and free sometimes, expressing his emotions other than frustration and anger lol.

Celebrated dad's birthday yesterday and everytime I celebrate my dad, it's so heartwarming to realize he is just a boy living for first time too. He gets all giggly while opening the gift I wrapped for him while cutting the cake. World is silly little place.
