Lost in a maze of twisty IF, all alike? Don't worry, you only need to find your way out of 5 games in order to be a judge in this year's labyrinthine IFComp.

I got my print copy of Inclusive Future Magazine with “Sliders Aren’t For Gender”, my Gamergate-inspired story about uploaded humans wrestling with gender, and the zine looks incredible. I’m still not over having things I wrote in literal print.

It's such a pain when you get your new timelines all set up neatly, and then some pesky mortal comes in like a cat with yarn and causes a tangly paradox. Today, Kurt Pankau gives us: 12 Foolproof Ways to Solve the Grandfather Paradox. https://t.co/pU6hwU6VOi

"Abstain from Spinning, Beauty" by @DyaniSabin is a great modern take on Sleeping Beauty. This poem is powerful and pulls no punches. Content warning for sexual violence: "If you had known / what a spindle was, before, you would have used caution." https://t.co/JIWQ9h5eVu

If you read and loved "Dream the Sea" by Clara Ward in our issue 8, may we recommend the book "Be the Sea" by the same author? And if you haven't read the flash story yet, here's your chance! https://t.co/eqm1xMUVJX

Going to #Glasgow2024? Here’s where you’ll find me! Friday I’ll talk about commercial companies’ effects on space exploration (online) and do a dramatic reading of research. Sunday I’m moderating a discussion of flash fiction. I’ll be around the entire weekend — say hi!

Please do share this among your networks and on platforms where we don't hang out! We want to spread the word far and wide and (hopefully!) see applications from many different folks! On that note: don't self reject for this, either. If you're interested, apply!
We're looking for more first readers! This is a great way to hone your writing skills, learn about editorial process, & figure out what YOU like and look for in stories. Interested? Fill out the form to let us know a little bit about you:
