Yes! Sponsorship, public endorsement, and mentorship. As #Nurse #Scientists, are all in a chain of impact, Need to increase the walks of life of the scientists in that chain.
But mentorship alone isn’t enough 🙅🏾♀️. SPONSORSHIP and public endorsement matter a great deal too. A recent example: Dean @Sarah_Szanton introduced me to deans at various universities and provided me a seat at the table at the @FriendsOfNINR Gala. 🎟️👏🏽🔌
