Congrats to everyone who did the Wexford 10K and half marathon today, what a morning for it! ☀️ Not sure whether I'm more surprised I managed to run 21K, or that I took a relatively ok photo while doing so! As @MickPuck sings, I wondered, I guessed & I tried!

Never thought of this lovely point @BrigidLaffan. These occasions are moments of living in the now, in full flow mode. No wonder (as Joe said) we can get nostalgic about the future 😄
One of the reasons that @POTUS is so welcome in Ireland is the craic- Ballina is on fire-the Chieftains is full flow . On occasions like this the Irish live in the now-long before mindfullness etc.
