fyi - Blake Miller plays LG, Parker Brailsford plays the backup C/swing guard for now. And yes, we need another RB outside of Jeanty. It should be one of the top priorities. Moster/Zamir are too slow and generate no explosive plays.

This is a hard question. I am not sold on DJ Glaze because he doesn't have the movement that I think OTs need in the NFL to be good. He loses reps because guys will beat him with movement. But, he's also struggled to anchor this year. See the example in the attached tweet.

Charles Grant should be playing for the Raiders IMO. Generating this type of movement on Phillips is really impressive and the reps from these final few games will be key in his development.

I am not saying defensive players have no value. Ofc they do. And chances are you winning a Superbowl will definitely come down the defense making those plays. But a good offense will always be more important.

Defensive players do not matter that much imo. Your offensive play caller is WAY more important. Myles Garrett is about to break the sack record and the Browns are 3-11, While the 49ers have been without Brock Purdy, Brandon Aiyuk, Fred Warner, Nick Bosa, George Kittle, and

Every Bears fan knew Matt Eberflus sucked after 2 years. But the Bears kept him for yr 3, which was Caleb Williams rookie year. It was a waste of a yr. But waiting an extra year for Ben Johnson has paid off. IMO It might be worth waiting for Klint Kubiak.

One thing that is very clear from todays game, the Raiders Offensive Line truly does suck. It's not just the QB which some people believed. Our entire starting unit today (minus Rogers(TBD)) should not be relied on to be the long term starter.
