Hmm, I've got GPT-5 on my mac but not yet on linux. I would expect they'd do a staged rollout by user not by device. They got rid of all the other models which makes sense, no reason the user should have to guess which model is most appropriate.

I don't like Grok's tone. I don't want ChatGPT-level sycophancy, but I feel like my questions annoy it.

I think I've annoyed Claude Code by asking too many questions while it's trying to code. How the tables have turned.

I tried Devin AI, which impressively runs and tests apps in a browser, but it struggled with bugs that Aider handled easily. Aider is also much cheaper, even with state-of-the-art models.

For the past few days, I've received "Unable to load projects" and other errors on the ChatGPT web interface. Is anyone else experiencing this?.

Despite its sophistication, the entire Freenet binary is only 10MB and can be downloaded in 0.4 seconds on an average broadband connection.

Parents in Hertfordshire have been arrested and locked in a cell for criticising the policies of their daughter’s school in emails and a What’s App group. By this point, anyone claiming that free speech is intact in the UK is utterly delusional.

This is the most natural "conversational" AI I've used yet, no awkward pauses. You can talk to it via a demo on their website.

We believe in a future where computers are lifelike. Where they can see, hear, and collaborate with us – as we do with each other. With this vision, we're designing a new kind of computer.
