Ramon is considered AT RISK due to a Dementia. He was last seen wearing eyeglasses, a light brown hat, denim jacket, dark blue shirt, jeans, & black rubber shoes. He is described as an 82-year-old Hispanic male w/gray hair & brown eyes, standing about 5’5” tall, & about 160 lbs.
