Just a PSA as I’m in the hospital with a sick 7 month old, if you feel sick stay home. And don’t kiss other peoples babies. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk.

Today I interviewed people for a new role. In advance, every candidate was sent the questions. I’ve never been more impressed. It made a huge difference and really enabled more thoughtful and thorough answers. It also minimised anxiety which enabled people to shine.
