Homemade lamb shoulder shawarma (with extra potatoes thrown in the roasting tin..) Now tried both @Samitamimi's shawarma recipes - first in 'Jerusalem', and this one in 'Falastin' - and both are fabulous! 🥙

I was craving sfiha - a Palestinian lamb, tahini and tomato open pies for sometime and yesterday I couldn’t wait to get stuck in. They’re super easy to make and thanks to my sister Sawsan, the dough is a total bliss to work with. صفيحة فلسطينية بالطحينة والبندورة
