Isn't this just for food stamps? Nonsensical analogy. What you have now is the state collects $1000s from the taxpayer for "food" then allows you to only get gruel from their cafeteria. Proposal is only getting a fraction of those $s back to spend on cheaper, better food.

Where is the official list" It is NOT included on HF3. What WIC provides is restrictive. Where does HF3 say it will duplicate WIC exactly? I think many news articles are confusing. CLARITY, please...
