Yeah you can. If they are paid up and below R1.2 million, you'll only pay the conveyancer fees to do it. Beauty of a company is that you can deduct maintenance & operating expenses etc, reducing taxable income. And tax is only 27% too.
@SamTrong3 When you already have several properties in your personal name, can you remove them under your name and register them to your “companies”?

I also buy property in a company name. Best way to start when building towards a trust. I use cc's specifically, which are hard to find now. Easy to sell the property because you sell company & it's only a change in shareholding and you avoid transfer duty.
