Sam collected his 2024 The IPKC Senior #Rotax 162 Championship🥇winning trophy🏆last night. Sam's first competitive year in Senior Rotax. To be on the podium twice, and a race win, was exceptional for a low budget💸privateer with limited track time and no sponsors.

We went quiet for a reason. A rib injury took Sam out of the seat, followed by a setback later in the year. Since then it’s been about recovery, strength, and getting ready to return properly. We’re close now. #samstonerracing #comeback #karting

🦴Chest xray last month showed evidence of a healing rib fracture, felt good for last week or so. Need a little longer before we're out karting again. If you've had a rib injury from karting, let us know how long the recovery was, what path you took to get back in the seat.
