1600 PR last night. It ranks #1 in the State of South Carolina for my grade and #6 nationally amongst all 8th graders in the country. This is also with the 1 mile conversion enabled. @scmilesplitus

I also won the 3200 and broke the Pickens County meet record! . Great night for my team as the boys and girls both won the County Championship! 💪🏼💪🏼.

Ran a PR Friday night at the Region 1 Coaches Classic in the 2 mile. Top 16 times from all 7 regions advanced & qualified for the Elite Coaches Classic meet next month at Waccamaw HS in Pawley’s Island. Honored to be one of those top 16 times in the state of South Carolina. 💪🏼

Finished 8th at #NBNationals in the Elite Middle School Mile. Ran a PR of 4:42. Ready for my 8th grade outdoor season. Going to run fast this year.

Flew in to Boston for #NewBalanceIndoorNationals. I race tomorrow around 4:20pm ET in the Middle School Elite Mile. I’m ready to put on a show. 😈💪🏼

First year running HS XC (8th grade). Just started training on Monday. Growth related pain has had me sidelined as precaution for a couple months. Ran in the Wingfoot Classic last night. I am nowhere near being in shape. But I had a top 5 finish & a time of 17:51.
