Happy Saturday - @onepeloton 450th ride & new PB - so much so my 14 year old greeted me with “WHAT’S HAPPENED TO YOU?!” as she saw me stagger upstairs! Winning.

Not posted fitness wise in a while! I’m still going - got myself hooked on spinning again with @onepeloton alongside running which I’m gradually building back up. Who is training for a spring marathon? MAJOR FOMO!

Few things I’ve read online have touched me as much as this. I have followed Dr Cooper for a long time and read about the loss of their beautiful Alexander & to read they have now lost Isabelle is incomprehensible 😭
We don't have the strength right now to reply to you all, but please know how grateful we are for the love and kindness you are showing us. We are bereft, missing the soul of this house who made us all a little sillier and fun 💓Isabelle💓

Manchester half in 4 weeks and I haven’t ran above 5k in the same timeframe. Currently ignoring this knowing full well when I do run again I will have to embrace this……ouch! #backtoschool

This is such sad news, what an inspirational lady who raised so much money for charity & overcame a life-changing injury. We can all learn a lot from Claire, RIP.
