Tragic news, losing a talented fighter from the U.K. scene. RIP ๐๐ผ
Just hearing the very sad news of the sudden passing of Connor Hitchens. Hitchens was one of the best amateur fighters weโve ever had in the UK. He went on to win pro titles domestically before reaching Cage Warriors. Awful news. A great fighter, father & human.

One of the best things EMMAA has done for domestic MMA in eradicating bum fights from affiliate shows, is actually making whole events watchable from a home-viewing perspective. Unless you're a fan of a specific fighter, there's no fun in sitting through a load of can-crushes.

Young fighters PLEASE listen. Times 10! Especially about the sparring. Think of your chin like a car, once the mileage is clocked up you canโt get it back. Itโs a non resettable clock! Gym wars back in the day were just a done thing. Thankfully we evolve, learn & get better.
