No more Fridays with SangMinju, but I bet next Fridays are going to feel a little more exciting than us, I do hope so! A year and months of stages, one very good MC partner, I didn’t take it for granted, but I wish I had said that more while it was still happening. Thanks, Minju.

Stood here for the last time and the stage felt bigger than usual, or maybe I was just paying more attention? Minju held her bouquet like it was something worth keeping, and I think that is exactly what this whole thing was. Not just a good run, the kind you do not get it twice.

Look at the way Minju showed during break time just casually dismantling any confidence I had in myself. She danced like the music was written specifically for her body, and I danced like someone who learned from a tutorial once. The gap was notable.

Last cue sheet, last mic check, last time sitting in these chairs like this.. she made a hand gesture at the camera and I couldn’t even pretend to look unbothered about it. There’s a version of tonight where I walked off that stage and didn’t think twice this one is.

They put our names on the hearts and I did not know what to do with that.. the flowers, the wall, all those memories behind, our fans spent time on this, and I think that is the beautiful part that got to me more than I expected. I feel so thankful I had a chance to be here.

First day of the year and it already decided to be a lot, in the best way possible.. the hanbok carried the whole look, I will not pretend otherwise. Minju herself even made it look effortless as usual, which at this point I have stopped being surprised about.

Posting this one separately because it deserved its own moment. The lighting was good, I was in a decent mood, and nobody was around to tell me to stop taking selfies.. which is a rare combination if you think about it.

They say a good MC knows how to hold a room, but standing next to her, I think I am the one being held. We matched without meaning to, laughed without planning to, and somewhere between the peace signs and the white wall behind us, became one of those days I won’t forget easily.

Nobody planned the matching outfits, that much I can confirm. What I cannot confirm is whether I noticed it before or after she laughed about it, or whether the order of those two things even matters at this point.. burgundy definitely looks good on us.

Script’s got snowflakes and evergreen trees with that gradient blue sky background, very festive, very on-brand for December broadcasts. I’m holding it up like some kind of trophy even though it’s literally just rundown script written, but I’m already feeling proud enough.

The theme for this episode was classic monochrome elegance and we accidentally nailed it without even planning. We’ve got scripts scattered somewhere behind us, evidence that we’re supposed to be working, but we took a minute to grab this photo between run-throughs.
