Honoured to have been invited by @SSAFA to join the National Service of Remembrance this Sunday and looking forward to speaking to @sophieraworth @Raworthontherun about what it means alongside a cadet from @ClevelandCadets on the @bbc from 1015.
Communities across Britain irrespective of religion, race or ethnicity share a history of service and sacrifice from the two World Wars through to the present day. Remembrance is a time to reflect on what we have in common. We will remember them. #ArmyCadetsRemembers

This is very well deserved for every single one of them. The determination & tenacity to complete the task with a smile was exemplary, a real credit to the @ArmyCadetsUK Sport has such a powerful ability to connect people @dominic_reid @ArmySportASCB.
A rather belated tweet to share what a pleasure it was recently to recognise a number of cadets from 2 Company @ACF_NELondon (specifically 22,23,24 and 26 Dets) for their support to @sally0range running the London Marathon at @TowerOfLondon on 3rd Oct. Cadets received London ACF.

Great to chat about all things we don’t normally like to…failure, @samaritans, suicide, the importance of getting help before it’s too late and breaking the stigma of mental ill health as well as living when you just want to die.
