And she's baaaack! I have had to step up as acting BM for the past 3 weeks. Despite its challenges, it has been great experience to develop my management skills. Couldn't have done it without my L3 team, OOH team, @aslee1991 & Shane for the help & support during this time! πβ¨

Held a morning meeting today to do employee safety refresher training & discuss the importance of tyre safety/VSA! Safety is our #1 priority π

Had a marketing meeting with BRSE, Tom Bittle. Was very insightful as he helped me understand the growth dashboard in more detail and it's importance. It showed where we currently stand as a branch and how going forward Team Plympton can get to the top! π

Went on a marketing trip to our local bodyshop with the ICON mastersπ It was very insightful learning about the operational side of things from a bodyshop's perspective and how we can work together to help each other out!πͺπΌπ To building relationshipsπ₯

Statement night at L3! Wasn't our strongest month but it was a great learning curve and have discussed as a team what we will do going forward to improve our OP and grow our fleetπͺπΌπ

Treated the team to a maccies to celebrate and thank them for their dedication which led us to winning the area monthly sales competition! Alongside to the branch winning, one of my trainees also came 2nd for retail sales! So proudππΌπ€π

Popped into our local vendors, bodyshops & dealerships to say thanks for everything they do for us and to drop a little Christmas treat! Would not be able to run the branch successfully without the strong partnerships we have with themππ€π

Had Stage 2 training dinner with Lizzie and 2 of our trainees! It was also a great opportunity to get to know each other better. Was a very efficient way to learn and our stomach's definitely weren't complainingππ
