Such a joy to deliver my first #MusicTherapy session in three months this morning. We picked up right where we left off and had a very successful first #OnlineTherapy session. More to follow and a Covid song in the making!

Live #MusicTherapy is the best, but is going to be problematic for a while yet. So I'm trialling an online offer through July and sessions to start from August. Incorporating MT with befriending and mentoring to offer support. If this is of interest, like, share, get in touch!
