On Friday pupils represented school at the Myles Standish commemorative garden at Duxbury Golf Course. The garden was established in 2020 to mark the 400th anniversary of the sailing of the Mayflower to America.

Five green-fingered pupils spent the morning with representatives from Chorley in Bloom at the town's community garden. They explained the work done by Year 9 pupils during curriculum enrichment to the judges of Britain in Bloom and shared their gardening knowledge!
