One thing I learned as a VC๐ง: . If a startup confesses that they signed another TS, I know the temptation is to ask, โwith who?โ. But that's inappropriate. Avoid it.๐

I did a consulting call today with a 41 year old guy who makes $15 million a year at a fully remote job. 80 hrs a week. 2 kids + wife. Wife made him build a $25 million waterfront mansion he doesnโt like. This is a really tough spot to be in. He agreed to pay me 50bps to.
