Anyway, the point is: You don't need to be loud and dramatic in public about these things. It feels awful in the moment when you're forced to be the villain but eventually people see the insanity for what it is.

I think the worst time was still when, after I called it quits, like... Six other people came to me one after another asking about this person and I inadvertently became the ex rp partner therapy center. It was funny in a very depressing way.

I adore getting to know my client’s characters over time. It’s such a great feeling when someone returns and says the art equivalent of “I’ll have my usual”; they trust me to portray their character, a part of themselves made manifest. It’s a great honor!
Do artists like when clients come back for more art?? Or do they find it annoying/boring to draw someone again 👀 I love going back to artists I really like but I get scared they wouldn’t like that lol
