Thrilled that companies like @mercury can finally start seeing the direct productivity advantages of using voice. Especially in hybrid work environments, Flow lets:.- customer success teams respond faster to issues.- managers and business leaders unblock their teams faster.-.
Last week we onboarded @mercury as an enterprise customer with 3 seats. Today they have 80+ seats and >10% of the company already hooked on Flow 🚀. 🔒 With our SOC2 + Zero data retention policy, it's a no-brainer for privacy-sensitive companies like Mercury.

every single person seems to think that booking flights and Ubers is the killer app for a voice assistant. on top of what will says here, I only book flights once a month! what gives?.
i booked some flights today and i really don't know what part of the process could've been made much easier by ai. you just type in cities/dates, see options for times + prices, choose, enter your credit card info, then click buy. which part of that should be automated?.
