#MaternalHealthAwarenessDay | January 23rd Today we raise awareness about the need for safe and respectful care for every mother, from pregnancy to after birth. This risk is higher in last-mile areas where women face long travel, limited clinics, and delayed emergency care.

Mental health check-ups are as important as any other. In Kenya, therapy is free in public hospitals—a safe space to talk about trauma, fear & loss. If you’ve never done it, take time to seek help. Caring for your mind is courage. #WorldMentalHealthDay #BetterHealthForAll
