GG @mackoesports we lose 5-7. I will talk more about our performance later but I want to give credit to Macko for coming through from T3 > T2 > T1 - especially with a non-English speaking team, and performing at the level. They deserve it. Nobody can doubt them/their growth, GG.

Very embarrassed by today's performance and some of the behaviour afterwards - big respect to Falcons, incredible players and staff - for me the best in the world/very much in that conversation. GG to them. 7-2 defeat, a massive massive game against Macko tomorrow - MUST win.

I would love to be able to help others with their own progress/goals/etc - especially within the esports world. I don't have Twitter installed on my phone anymore, but I'll get around to any DMs/etc eventually for anyone that wants to talk 😄.

I was between 83-84kg at my heaviest. Now 67kg and waaaaaaaay stronger than I ever was before. Looking to cut for a little bit longer, and then focus on bulking a bit/putting on more muscle. I just care far less about pointless things and I'm far more resilient now as a result 🫡.

A rare IRL update from me on here. Started to really care about myself and look after myself a few months ago. It won't look like a lot to some people but I've been very disciplined and worked hard on my body + mindset. Starting to get to where I want to be 🥳🥳🥳

Secret will always punish that. They have good reactions to what is going on around the map and they know when to be aggressive/fall off/etc. They are a good team, GG to them, a hard week of work ahead for us.

I spoke about it in the timeout, but I think it will be very obvious for those watching. We misread setups today, didn't make sure we had the correct ops/util for clearing certain positions, and also peeked before we had set things up. Better than that, on to next week.

4-7 L vs Secret - good reads and reactions from them, they rotated around the map really well and played a good disciplined game in a lot of important moments and situations. Our messiness struck big time. Deaths before setting up, misreads of their setups. Sorry guys 🙁. #FNCWIN.

I think we did well with the map bans and op bans for how we wanted to play today, and that's an improvement on the previous 2 games. Truthfully we are still just messy. But there are good signs there, good moments, need to make sure we get some wins ASAP.

7-8 L vs @virtuspro . A good game, well played by them, still gutting from us to lose quite a few man advantage rounds and that's on us and our messiness in these situations. A lot to learn as a team. A 5-7 and 7-8 L hurts but that's where we are at currently #FNCWIN.

Looking to be more transparent with our performances throughout the stage for those that are genuinely interested. A lot more for us to show, 2 of 9 maps played, got to keep working - still only a couple weeks in with big Wiz who was on fire today - we let him down. #FNCWIN.

Sorry to let the fans down. Truthfully we were confident on a 2-0 start this week - and I think Wolves themselves will not be happy that this game came close to OT as both teams will want to be far better. We will review and work harder. Less troll days from us 🫡.

Same for our defends. Def 1 we gave up picks to outside whilst they were setting up, def 2 there was v little pressure around the map but we still allowed the rush in to reading, moved too much. Etc etc. Just have to work harder in practice - need to be at 100% all the time.
