Doing seated single arm lateral raises is one of the best exercises for those looking to build shape and size of their delts.Even if you go light if you’re attacking and approaching this exercise properly, right around the 10th rep you should feel the burn🔥

The older we get the more wise we become with introducing methods that promote longevity. From the video I am incorporating the T-Bar Machine (normally for back day) as a more pain-free method for squatting. I personally love this variation as I am able to load on the weight
