I think this is the lowest I've ever seen Sabres fans morale in a 'trying to win' offseason. Probably similar to what we would have seen if the pandemic never happened and the Sabres ran things back with Jason Botterill in 2020/21.

This is tragic.
According to sources, the Bills will NOT be returning to their red helmets this year as an alternate. @TrainwreckSprts has been informed that they plan on having a white helmet with a gray/silver logo as an alternate during their farewell season at Highmark Stadium.

I do think the NHL should do away with their traditional All-Star Game completely though. It’s an event that seems to only work for baseball. Hopefully they have more collaboration with other leagues for their expanded mid-season international tournament in the future.

I see arguments on here that the Four Nations should count as an All-Star Game for the NHL. It was a great event but I don’t think it should count as an “All-Star Game” with three of the games top 10 players not even being eligible (Draisaitl, Kucherov, Pastrnak).
