RIP Dave Parker, 74, one of the most powerful sluggers of the 1970s and '80s. He won 1978 NL MVP honors and helped lead @Pirates to 1979 World Series crown. He'll be posthumously inducted into @baseballhall next month. Read his #SABR bio:
