Protein is responsible for cell growth and repair. People who want bigger and stronger muscles tend to increase their protein too much. Only so much is needed for cell growth and repair. We need BOTH carbs and protein for bigger, stronger muscles.

If we're going to tackle the issue of junk food in schools, we need to understand the advantages that junk food and processed food has over healthy food. Healthy food needs to have these same advantages if they are going to become a viable alternative. https://t.co/4Yyvc1g8Kv
