(2) @klm said as she booked through @bookingcom they couldn't do anything to help other than say "sorry" and with @bookingcom they said that because of the KLM's policy the ticket couldn't be refunded or moved to a later date. Merry Christmas (as she lies in hospital).

(1) Just tried to reschedule my mum's flights to and from Holland to spend Christmas with her granddaughter. She sadly broke her shoulder and damaged her leg and can't make the flights. According to @KLM and @bookingcom customer services there is norhing that can be done.
